Processing Times
- Print-on-Demand Apparel: Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping. Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using the carrier selected at checkout.
- Digital Products: Digital downloads are delivered instantly via email or download link after payment is successfully processed. No physical item will be shipped.
- Event Services & Balloon Décor: Balloon installations, event styling, and custom décor are not shipped. These services are provided by scheduled delivery and/or on-site setup at the agreed event location and date.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after production. Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Niyah's Love & Design Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
