Don't see your city listed? We love to travel! Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

Check Your Date

Service Policies

Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to reserve your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received and your contract has been signed. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.

Travel

We proudly serve Columbus and surrounding Central Ohio areas. Travel outside our standard service area is available for an additional fee based on distance.

Outdoor Events

Balloon décor is weather-sensitive. Wind, rain, extreme heat, and direct sunlight may affect balloon longevity. We will recommend the best setup based on your venue and weather conditions, but we cannot guarantee outdoor balloon performance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All retainers are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability.

Venue Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring venue access, setup times, and venue approval for décor installations. We are not responsible for venue restrictions that limit setup options.

Cleanup & Takedown

Cleanup and balloon takedown services are available as an add-on. If cleanup is not selected, the client is responsible for removing décor after the event.
